How we keep care accessible
We believe in transparency: you’ll understand what a treatment costs and what your options are before you commit. Our practice offers payment plans to help make care manageable.
For cosmetic treatments, which insurance often doesn’t cover, we’ll walk you through financing and answer your questions honestly.
Understanding your estimate
Before any treatment beyond a routine visit, we go over what it involves and what it will cost, so you can decide with the full picture in front of you. If you have dental insurance, we’ll help you understand what your plan is likely to cover and what your out-of-pocket portion may be — while being clear that final coverage is determined by your insurer.
When a treatment plan has options at different price points, we’ll lay them out honestly, including simpler approaches, so cost is part of the conversation rather than a surprise at the end.
Options that make care manageable
For larger or elective treatment, we offer payment plans and can discuss financing so you can move forward comfortably. If you don’t have insurance, our in-house [membership plans](/membership-plans/) are a straightforward, predictable way to keep up with preventive care and receive member discounts. Whatever your situation, our goal is that finances never quietly stand between you and the care you need — ask us and we’ll find a path that works.
Common questions
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in advance, and payment arrangements can be considered if discussed before treatment. We aim to estimate your costs before your visit so there are no surprises.
- As a courtesy, we complete and submit your claim to your insurance carrier for you. Most insurers respond within about four to six weeks; you’ll receive a monthly statement and are responsible for any fees not covered. Separate providers (for example, lab work or a biopsy) bill you directly.
- Yes. We offer payment plans to help make treatment accessible, and we’ll review the options with you so the numbers are clear before you decide.
- It depends on the treatment and your plan. Restorative care is often covered in part; purely cosmetic work usually isn’t. We’ll help you understand what applies to you.
