Membership plans are designed for patients without insurance who want predictable, accessible care. Rather than navigating coverage, you get a clear, simple way to stay on top of your dental health.
How a membership plan works
A membership plan is not insurance — it’s a simple, direct agreement with our practice. You pay one flat annual fee, and in return your routine preventive care (cleanings, exams, and X-rays) is included, plus you receive member discounts on other treatment completed in our office. There are no deductibles, no claim forms, no waiting periods, and no annual maximums to run up against.
For people without dental benefits, that predictability is the appeal: you know what preventive care costs for the year, and staying consistent with cleanings and exams is what keeps small issues small. Below are our current plans and what each includes.
Who a plan is for
Membership plans suit anyone without dental insurance who wants to keep up with care affordably — individuals, families, the self-employed, and retirees whose coverage has ended. If you do have insurance, a plan usually isn’t necessary, and we’ll tell you so. The best way to choose is a quick conversation; we’ll help you pick the plan that fits or confirm you don’t need one.

iDental Adult Plan
$384/year
- 2 professional cleanings per year
- 30% off additional cleanings

iDental Child Plan
Ages 13 & under
$288/year
- 2 professional cleanings per year

Perio Maintenance
$540/year
- 1 periodontal maintenance every 3–4 months
- Oral-cancer screening with cleaning
- 2 regular exams per year
- X-rays as determined necessary
- 1 emergency exam with X-ray per year
- 10% off Invisalign · 20% off other in-office services
Billed annually, directly through the practice — no insurance company involved. Every plan includes 10% off Invisalign and 20% off other procedures completed in our office. Ask us how to enroll.

- The iDental Adult Plan is $384 per year, the iDental Child Plan (ages 13 and under) is $288 per year, and the Perio Maintenance plan is $540 per year. Each is billed annually and includes the preventive care listed above plus member discounts.
- Every plan includes 10% off Invisalign and 20% off other procedures completed in our office, on top of the included preventive care. The Adult Plan also includes 30% off any additional cleanings beyond the two included.
